Got your last email on the new venture and hope this is successful for you and Brian. Business should be booming in foreclosures.
We simply love 5018 Ashington Landing. The house is beautifully done and well constructed. Only problem is maintaining that football field of a lawn but I do love it! After living in New Tampa for the last three months I am so happy you choose Tampa Palms for us. It is beautifully maintained but still has somewhat of a city feel with all the local students and proximity to the city. Tampa Palms does not have the "development' feel. Almost like a small town unto itself. I would move nowhere else.
We are off to Boston tomorrow for a long holiday weekend!

| We are writing this letter to say how pleased we are with the work two of your agents performed for us: Judy Hunter and Pam Leitch. They were a pleasure to work with through the buying and the closing process, enduring our questions and accommodating our first-time homebuyer fears with reassurance and aplomb. However, their customer service expertise really became clear after our closing on
August 1.
As you recall, we experienced some unusual circumstances after our closing involving an air handler leak and water damage to our new home. Judy was tenacious about following up with the seller, his real-estate agent and his insurance company until we got the problem resolved, providing almost daily updates of the progress she made. You will happy to know that the seller's homeowner's insurance agreed to pay for the damages and cosmetic work to restore the house to its walkthrough condition, and we did not have to pay a penny. We give credit to Judy for a good portion of this outcome.
While many agents would have considered their work done when the commission check was deposited, Judy and Pam really went the extra mile for us by sticking with us in a tough time, contacting the seller and his representatives on short notice and being available nearly any time of the day. Because of their professionalism, what could have been a very trying situation was made fairly easy, and that kind of work says a great deal about the character of your business.
We sincerely hope that the rest of your agents are a personable and a conscientious as Judy and Pam, and know that if they are, your office will have nothing but sucess in the future.
